Investing in massage is an investment in your health. No one can make this investment in your health but you. It is the best investment you could ever make as the return value on it is priceless. Just like brushing daily, doctor and chiropractic appointments, massage along with other forms of body working are meant to return and maintain health. Following the session, a warm moist towel will be made available to refresh yourself. Once exiting, a bottle of cool water, chocolate, mint or ginger along with a bag of epsom salts to soak either your feet or body once home, will be awaiting you. It's a commitment that I hope you will put into practice starting today.
Listed below are my hours. Keep in mind that I am one person so my schedule can fill quickly, especially when it comes to Fridays and Saturdays. I will do all that I can to schedule the days and times that work best for you.

Chakra Balancing
Includes upper body massage (back, neck, head and shoulders), balancing of the 7 main chakras and Reiki (energy work). A stone or crystal (either raw or tumbled), intuitively chosen by me, will be given at the end of the session.

Aromatherapy Consultation
This consists of a one hour consult to determine the best essential oils to blend for your signature massage creme. Questions during the consult range from scents and scent sampling to seasons and ailments. Once the oils are decided upon they are blended into your own massage creme. This recipe will be placed in your file for future blending and annual review as ones needs can change from year to year. Once the consult is completed the creme will be blended and used in your Massage or Reflexology Session. Bring it with you each time so it may used during your session. Depending upon the tissues condition, meaning dehydration, the massage creme may deplete quickly. If well hydrated, could last for 5 or more sessions.

Ear Seeds
These are done based upon the individual need. They include but not limited to stress and anxiety, stop smoking, weight loss, depression, back pain, sciatica, focus and memory, headaches and migraines. Each Kit based on a specific issue with traditional ear seeds is $40 and includes placement of seeds on one or both ears. Each Kit based on a specific issue with crystal ear seeds range in price from $78 and up. The Kit is meant for you to take home and reapplied by you as needed. Kit does come with instructions and guide for placement. For application of only one set (separate from kit price) of traditional seeds is $2.50 per seed or $3.50 to $4.00 for crystal seeds. Each condition has 4 or more seeds per an ear. You can choose to do both ears or just one. Each seed is meant to last 2 to 5 days depending upon how often you clean around the ear and shower.
Ionic Foot Detox Soak
Each treatment lasts for 30 minutes and includes the foot treatment, cup of cinnamon tea, ginger cookies and other assorted snacks. As a stand alone treatment only $45 or experience reflexology of the feet directly following the detox for 30 minutes for a total of $70. After the session we will discuss the areas of difficulty the reflexology session showed and ways to help the body improve.
